After exploring the What is a Weather Station page under the Information drop-down menu, you may want to test your knowledge of weather instruments. The quiz below is designed to do just that. Are you an expert, journeyman, apprentice, or novice? Take the quiz and find out!

In the column on the right you see boxes containing the formal names of various weather instruments. The column on the left has short descriptions of each weather station component and a blank box below it. Drag the box with the instrument´s name into the box below the correct description and drop it there. When you have answered all of the questions, you will see your score at the end of the quiz. If you want to change an answer just drag and drop your new answer over the answer box.
